What I'm Eating :: Breakfast!

Hi Guys!

So with my new training for the Warrior Dash, one thing I've been doing is eating healthier (although I could be doing better). One meal I love to make is breakfast! I have the same thing at school everyday, which I'll share with you when I get back, but this is what I eat for breakfast at home.

So this picture is awful and taken at a strange angle with my webcam. Haha

But basically everyday at home I have a Broccoli & Cheese omelet, a clementine, strawberries, and 1/2 a grapefruit. My drink of choice is usually water but sometimes I'll have those Starbucks Frappucinos, which I shouldn't....but they're so darn good!

Sometimes I switch out the fruit for different kinds (cantaloupe, apples, pears). It adds a nice variety. 

This took all of 10 minutes to prep too. I just cut up the fruit while the eggs were cooking and set it all up! Give it a try, healthy breakfasts can be easy and yummy! Enjoy!

I also got Sims 3 Pets for my Mac but it didn't work. Some stupid patch issue with EA Games that I would have had to start all over and reinstall. No thanks. I traded it in at Target for Atlas Shrugged and ink for my printer. Haha

I LOVE these things!! Comfy fleece pjs with bunnies on them? Awesome. Only cons are that my feet are too small for the bunnies so they slid off and that I have to take the whole thing off to pee...and my house is cold (I didn't want to take them off!)

My super awesome momma also got me a pair of tights from We Love Colors! (yay!) But they haven't arrived yet (awh). But when they do, I have the perfect dress at school to pair them with and I will give you my first outfit post! Stay tuned!!

Studying...

Tomorrow is my LAST day of finals! WOO!

Going home Friday morning to start celebrating Christmas with my family :) Posts will be pouring in, I promise! I have plans for baking, crafts, and possibly some thrifting. I'll also try to update you on how my training has been going (I've been running!)

What I'm Watching (Wednesday)

Hola.
I haven't been dead; well...kind of. Just super busy and have had no time to blog whatsoever. I'm going home for Christmas on the morning of the 23rd. I suspect the posts to be piling in then. I promise :)

So here's what I've watched recently...

A Christmas Carol

I love the story of A Christmas Carol but I didn't really care for this version. The movie seemed to be just for the 3D look, some scenes main purpose was to wow the audience. But there was a lot more symbolism and made the storyline much darker. Definitely not for young children. Overall, I don't regret watching it, but probably won't see it again. I'll stick to my Muppets Christmas Carol :)

The Last Song

I watched this because I'm going to see the Hunger Games in March and hadn't watched any of Liam's work before. He's attractive...the movie isn't. One word. Bad. 

Miracle on 34th Street

I loved this movie! I've heard the older one is much better but this is the first one I've seen so I think it's awesome. A cute story about Santa Claus :) I loved it. Will definitely watch again and again.

Alice in Wonderland

This wasn't a remake. It was a sequel. Alice come "back" to Wonderland and the movie feels just like Narnia. It wasn't bad but I won't watch it again. Special effects were amazing; Helena Bonham Carter was fabulous. But overall, the story was lacking.

That's all I've been watching. I have two tests and a job interview today so its pretty crazy. I'll try to post this weekend if I have time between studying for finals.
